The Grand Wedding Dinner at Fullerton.
Mother & Son.
Finally ! A complete & nice family portrait.
Yo ! Check us out !We were at the hotel at 3pm and started to prepare for the night, decorating the ballroom, having our makeup put on by the professionals, preparing the guest list, helping pop with his speech and it goes on longer. Being the receptionist is no fun at all, a pretty stressful and exhuasting job as the guests arrives, seems endless. I didn't manage to go around and take much pictures with my camera (& most of the pictures even if taken are by the photographer and relatives). The march in was done differently at the usual wedding dinners, both the bride & groom and immediate family members were included too. My heart was thumping while walking down the steps and to the stage (half the time praying I would not trip & fall). When all's ended ,we stayed at the hotel including close friends and relatives after the dinner as we were too shagged to drive home. We booked a total of 13 rooms and Carol/Gor Gor stayed at the Loft suite which was really cool (& they are still staying over there tonight).
Morning events.
Events that took place in the morning, I do not have much photos in my camera as I was busy running around at the church being the bridesmaid and at home helping Carol in changing into her 'cheongsam', pouring the tea during the ceremony & playing host. Oh & eating too! ;)

Wedding decorations at home.
Wedding decorations at my home that were done with helpful & creative hands.
2 months & 9 days to be exact...
2 months & 9 days is the time I've not updated in here. So to begin with let's talk about 'The Big Wedding" that is finally over !!! (Part 2 begins next week in Jakarta...)
Mom & Dad are really delighted that the renovations at home and the big wedding hurdle are all over. After next week, we can finally eat (like normal) ! And no more discussions about the "big day" which half the time resulted much in projecting our voices. Such a RELIEF. Now we have 2 MRS SAYs in our house, the senior and junior.
We used to be a 5 at Five, now we're a 6 at Six.
And with more relatives as well.
(PS: I'll insert more photos of the "big day" in here as soon I get my hands on them, if I can.)
